TNPSC Photo and Signature Resizer
TNPSC wants your name and the photo date printed in the bottom third of a very small picture. This tool lays it out to their numbers.
🔒 Your pictures stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded.

Of the 4.5 cm height, the notification gives 3.0 cm (115 pixels) to your image and 1.5 cm (55 pixels) to your name and the date. Both files must be 200 DPI. The tool saves them as Photograph.jpg and Signature.jpg, the names the notification uses.
Rules on the photo itself
- The notification says photographs taken using cellular phones and selfies should not be uploaded. It asks for a colour photo taken in a studio.
- White background, frontal view, both ears and part of the neck showing.
- Taken within the last 3 months, and the date printed must be on or after the date of the notification.
So the source should be a studio photo, or a scan of a studio print. Type your name, pick the date the photo was taken, and the tool prints them in the strip.
The signature box
Draw a box of 6.0 × 2.0 cm on white paper, sign inside it in blue or black ink, and crop to the box. The notification gives this box as 230 × 75 pixels.
TNPSC’s half-yearly departmental exams use different numbers: a 165 × 125 pixel photo at 30–40 KB and an 80 × 125 pixel signature at 20–30 KB. For those, choose My own size.
