Signature sizes for every exam

Read from each notice on 31 October 2026, apart from Kerala PSC, whose notifications give no numbers. Pick your exam at the top to use its size.

How to make a good signature file

1. Sign on plain white paper with a black pen, larger than normal. Use a blue pen only if your notice allows it.
2. Take the photo straight on, in daylight, with no shadow of your phone across the paper.
3. Choose the photo here. The tool finds the writing and frames it.
4. Check that every stroke is still there in the result. If thin lines vanish, lower the strength.

What Clean the paper does

A phone photo of white paper is really grey, and darker at one side. The tool compares each point with the paper around it, so the whole sheet turns white and the shadows go. The ink stays dark. A plain resize keeps the grey, and grey takes more space in the file.

Signatures that get rejected

Notices often name the same faults: blurred, miniature or partial signatures, capital letters where they are not allowed, and a signature that differs from the one you make in the exam hall. Write it the way you will on the day.
