🐒 The Sharing Monkeys

Two little monkeys found one big, yellow banana. 'It is mine!' said one. 'No, it is mine!' said the other. They pulled and tugged and began to fight. A sly old cat was passing by. 'Let me help you share it,' she purred. She broke the banana into two pieces — but one looked bigger. 'I will just even them out,' she said, and took a big bite from the bigger half. Now the other half was bigger, so she took a bite of that too! Bite after bite, until almost nothing was left. The two monkeys looked at the empty peel and sighed. It is far better to share than to fight.
