Office Event Invitation Maker
For an annual day, a launch, a farewell or a team dinner — with a calendar button.
Without a link, the guest's “Open map” button searches for the venue and address.
Guests get “I'll be there” and “Can't make it” buttons that open a message to this person.

{name} becomes the guest's name and {link} their invitation.
See it as your guest will ↗ · The invitation is inside the link — nothing is stored on a server.
There is no guest list on this device yet. Add your guests in the Guest List Maker and they appear here, each with their own send buttons.
Each button opens that guest's own message, addressed to them by name. A guest is ticked as invited when you tap one — in the Guest List Maker too. Tap the circle to change it.
The office card
This page opens on the Modern design — plain shapes in the corners and nothing else — in navy and gold, with the title in spaced capitals. It starts with “You are invited to” above the big line and “An evening of awards, dinner and music” below; change the second to describe your own event. The reply buttons a guest sees are worded for work: “I will attend” and “I am unable to attend”.
What the card is for
| Event | Big line | Line under it |
|---|---|---|
| Annual day | Annual Day 2026 | An evening of awards, dinner and music |
| Product launch | The launch of Aster 2 | Join us for the first look, followed by lunch |
| Farewell | Farewell, Mr. Thomas | Tea and a few words after 32 years with us |
| Team dinner | Q3 Team Dinner | On the company — bring an appetite |
| Inauguration | Opening of our Kochi office | Ribbon-cutting at 10:30, followed by refreshments |
The calendar entry does the reminding
For an office event the most useful button on the invitation is the calendar one. “Add to Google Calendar” opens a new entry with the title, time, venue and your note filled in; “Other calendar (.ics)” saves a file that Outlook and Apple Calendar open. Give an end time so the entry blocks the right amount of the day — without one it is given two hours.
The times are written as the clock time at the venue, with no time zone. For an event that people join from other countries, state the zone in the note: “All times IST”.
Replies by e-mail
Under “Replies go to” you can enter an e-mail address instead of a phone number. The reply buttons then open an e-mail to that address with the answer written — useful when replies should go to an events or HR mailbox and not to somebody's personal phone.
Sending it
“E-mail” opens your own mail program with the message and link in a new e-mail; add the recipients there. For a team chat, “Copy message” and paste it in, or “Share the card picture” to post the card itself. Every invitation of this kind shares one link, unless you type a name in “To” for an invitation addressed to one person — an outside guest or a chief guest, say.
The invitation is not behind a login: anyone who is given the link can read it. Keep anything confidential out of the card and the note.
Entry passes
If the event needs passes at the door, the Event Ticket & Pass Maker prints one with a QR code for each name on a list.
Can attendees add the event to Outlook or Google Calendar?
Yes. The invitation has an “Add to Google Calendar” button and an “Other calendar (.ics)” button whose file opens in Outlook and Apple Calendar.
Can replies go to an e-mail address?
Yes. Enter an e-mail address under “Replies go to” and the reply buttons open an e-mail to it with the answer already written.
Is the invitation private?
It is not published or listed anywhere, but it has no password: anyone who is given the link can open it.
