Birthday Invitation Maker
Balloons, bunting, the time and the place — and a reply button for the parents.
Without a link, the guest's “Open map” button searches for the venue and address.
Guests get “I'll be there” and “Can't make it” buttons that open a message to this person.

{name} becomes the guest's name and {link} their invitation.
See it as your guest will ↗ · The invitation is inside the link — nothing is stored on a server.
There is no guest list on this device yet. Add your guests in the Guest List Maker and they appear here, each with their own send buttons.
Each button opens that guest's own message, addressed to them by name. A guest is ticked as invited when you tap one — in the Guest List Maker too. Tap the circle to change it.
The birthday card
This page opens on the Party design — bunting along the top, balloons in the corners — in a sunny yellow with rounded, playful lettering. It starts with “You're invited to” above the big line and “Come and celebrate with us” below. Put the occasion in the big line: “Riya's 5th Birthday”, “Arjun turns 30”, “Amma's 60th”.
For a child's party
- Give an end time. Parents need to know when to come back. Fill in “Ends” and the card shows both times; the calendar entry a guest saves runs to the same time.
- Ask for a reply with a number. Put your name and phone number under “Replies go to”. The reply a guest sends says how many of them are coming, which is the number you need for the cake, the return gifts and the party hall.
- Use the note for what does not belong on a card: “Siblings welcome”, “Please tell us about any food allergy”, “Bring a swimsuit and a towel”, “No gifts, please”.
- Paste a map link if the party is at a play zone inside a mall or a hall up a side road. Without one, the guest's “Open map” button searches for the venue name and address you typed.
For a grown-up's birthday
The same card looks different in a tap or two. Sparkle in navy and gold suits a 30th or a 50th; Classic in maroon and gold a 60th or a shashtipoorthi; Modern for dinner at a restaurant. Change the lettering to Elegant or Script and the opening line to “Please join us to celebrate”.
A surprise party
Say so on the card, where nobody can miss it: make the line under the title “It's a surprise — please don't tell her!” and put the time guests must arrive by in the note, earlier than the time on the card if you need them hidden first. Send the link person by person, not in a group the birthday person is in.
Sending it to the class
For a class party the usual way is the parents' WhatsApp group: tap “Share the card picture” to post the card itself with the message under it, so everyone sees the invitation without opening anything, and those who open the link get the map, the calendar button and the reply buttons. If only some of the class are invited, send each family their own message instead.
How do I make a birthday invitation for WhatsApp?
Fill in the card and tap “WhatsApp” to send the message with the invitation link, or “Share the card picture” to send the card as an image with the message as its caption.
Can guests tell me how many are coming?
Yes. With a phone number under “Replies go to”, the invitation asks the guest how many of them are coming and puts the number in the reply they send you.
Can I use it for a 1st birthday or a 60th?
Yes. The big line is whatever you type, and the design, colour and lettering can all be changed — Moon & stars suits a first birthday, Classic in maroon and gold a 60th.
