🐜 The Brave Little Ant

A tiny little ant found a crumb of cake far bigger than herself. 'I will carry this home for everyone!' she said happily. But the crumb was so heavy that she tipped right over — plop! She tried again, and tumbled again, and again. 'Give up, it is too big!' called the other ants. But the brave little ant would not give up. Push and pull, push and pull, little by little, she moved the heavy crumb. Over a leaf, around a stone, all the way home. At last she made it, tired but oh-so-proud. Never give up, no matter how hard it seems.

एक नन्ही चींटी को ख़ुद से कहीं बड़ा केक का टुकड़ा मिला। 'इसे सबके लिए घर ले जाऊँगी!' वह ख़ुशी से बोली। पर टुकड़ा इतना भारी था कि वह उलट गई — धम! उसने फिर कोशिश की, फिर गिरी, और फिर। 'छोड़ दो, बहुत बड़ा है!' बाक़ी चींटियाँ बोलीं। पर बहादुर नन्ही चींटी ने हार न मानी। धक्का और खींच, धक्का और खींच, थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके उसने भारी टुकड़ा सरकाया। पत्ते के ऊपर, पत्थर के चारों ओर, सीधे घर तक। आख़िर वह पहुँच गई, थकी पर बहुत गर्व से भरी। चाहे कितना मुश्किल लगे, कभी हार मत मानो।

'വിട്ടേക്ക്, അത് വളരെ വലുതാണ്!' മറ്റ് ഉറുമ്പുകൾ വിളിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷേ ധീരയായ കൊച്ചു ഉറുമ്പ് വിട്ടുകൊടുത്തില്ല. തള്ളിയും വലിച്ചും, കുറേശ്ശെയായി ആ ഭാരമുള്ള കഷണം നീക്കി. ഇലയ്ക്ക് മുകളിലൂടെ, കല്ലിന് ചുറ്റും, നേരെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക്. ഒടുവിൽ അവൾ എത്തി, ക്ഷീണിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഏറെ അഭിമാനത്തോടെ. എത്ര പ്രയാസമായാലും ഒരിക്കലും വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കരുത്.
