Malayalam Marriage Biodata Maker
വിവാഹ ബയോഡാറ്റ: the headings and labels are printed in Malayalam. Fill it in, add a photo and download the PDF.
This browser is not keeping what you type (a private window, or its storage is full). Download the PDF before you close the page.
The headings, the labels and the date of birth are printed in the paper's language. What you type is printed as you typed it.
Drag the picture to move it inside the box.
The photo stays on this device. It is printed on the PDF and the picture; a link does not carry it.
Only the lines you fill in are printed. The star and rasi boxes suggest spellings; the tool does not read or match horoscopes.

{link} becomes the link to the biodata.
The PDF and the picture carry the photo. The link carries only the words: the whole biodata is inside it, nothing is stored on a server, and anyone who is given the link can read it.
Biodatas are kept in this browser on this device only. Clearing the browser's data removes them, so keep the PDF of each one you send.
A biodata with Malayalam headings and labels
This page opens an empty biodata with Language of the paper set to മലയാളം. The title is printed as “ബയോഡാറ്റ” — or “വിവാഹ ബയോഡാറ്റ” if you choose it in the Title box — and every heading and ready-made label is in Malayalam:
| In English | On the Malayalam paper |
|---|---|
| Personal details |
| Name · Date of birth · Height |
| Marital status · Mother tongue |
| Religion · Caste · Star · Rasi |
| Education · Occupation · Annual income |
| Father's name · Mother's name |
| Brothers · Sisters · House name |
| Contact person · Phone · Address |
In the form, each Malayalam label has its English meaning in small letters under it, so a relative who is more at home in English can still fill it in. The date of birth is printed with the month in Malayalam — 14 മാർച്ച് 1998 — and the age, if you tick it, as “28 വയസ്സ്”.
What you type stays as you typed it
Only the paper's own words are translated. What you type beside a label is printed exactly as it is, in Malayalam, English or both. That is how most Malayalam biodatas are written anyway: the name of a degree, a company or a city often reads more easily in English. To type in Malayalam without a Malayalam keyboard, the Transliteration Tool turns “Manglish” typed in English letters into Malayalam that you can paste in.
If a label is not the word your family would use, remove that line with the cross, tap + A line of your own, and type the label you prefer.
Suggestions in Malayalam
Some boxes suggest common answers as you type, and on a Malayalam paper they are in Malayalam. The star box offers the 27 names from അശ്വതി to രേവതി, and the rasi box the twelve from മേടം to മീനം. Marital status, diet, religion and family type have suggestions as well. They are only there to save typing; anything else can be typed.
Lines for Hindu, Muslim and Christian families
Under Religion and community (മതവും സമുദായവും), Lines for sets out the lines each faith's biodatas usually carry: ജാതി, ഗോത്രം, നക്ഷത്രം and രാശി for Hindu; വിഭാഗം and മഹല്ല് for Muslim; സഭ and ഇടവക for Christian. Each faith also has a line offered for the top of the paper in Malayalam script.
The same biodata in English too
Families often need both: Malayalam for elders at home, English for relatives abroad. Fill in one, tap Copy under Your biodatas, and change the language of the copy to English. The labels change at once; retype only the answers you want in the other language.
The Malayalam letters are drawn into the PDF as a picture, so they look the same on every phone and printer, with no missing or broken conjuncts. For the same reason, the text in the PDF cannot be selected or copied.
Photo, design and sending
Add a photo under Photo, drag it inside the box until the face sits well, and choose one of the four designs and seven colours under How it looks. The paper on the page is the finished biodata: Download PDF saves it as one A4 page, and Share the PDF hands it to WhatsApp or any other app on a phone. How the paper fits itself to one page, what a link carries and how to leave the contact details off a copy are explained in the main guide.
Can I make a marriage biodata in Malayalam?
Yes. This page opens the paper in Malayalam: the title, headings, labels and date of birth are printed in Malayalam, and what you type is printed as you typed it.
Do I need a Malayalam keyboard?
Only for what you want to type in Malayalam. The headings and labels are already in Malayalam. Names and other answers can be typed in English, or typed in English letters in the ManyHand Transliteration Tool and pasted in as Malayalam.
Will the Malayalam letters print correctly?
Yes. The page is drawn as a picture inside the PDF, so the letters and conjuncts look the same wherever it is opened or printed.
Can I change a Malayalam label to another word?
Remove that line and add a line of your own with the label you prefer. A label of your own can be up to 40 characters.
How do I get the same biodata in English?
Tap Copy under Your biodatas and change the language of the copy to English. The labels change; what you typed stays as it is until you retype it.
