A biodata with Hindi headings and labels
This page opens an empty biodata with Language of the paper set to हिन्दी. The title is printed as “बायोडाटा”; the Title box also offers “विवाह बायोडाटा” and “परिचय पत्र”. Every heading and ready-made label is in Hindi:

In the form, each Hindi label has its English meaning in small letters under it. The date of birth is printed with the month in Hindi — 14 मार्च 1998 — and the age, if you tick it, as “28 वर्ष”.
Family lines a Hindi biodata often carries
Biodatas written in Hindi tend to say more about the wider family than those in English. Three ready-made lines under Family details are there for that: Grandfather's name (दादा का नाम), Maternal uncle's name (मामा का नाम) and Family type (परिवार का प्रकार), which suggests एकल परिवार and संयुक्त परिवार. For a line that is not in the list — ननिहाल, the family's business, property — tap + A line of your own and type the label in Hindi.
Under Religion and community, choosing Hindu beside Lines for sets out धर्म, जाति, गोत्र, नक्षत्र and राशि, and adds जन्म समय and जन्म स्थान after the date of birth. मांगलिक is one tap away, with हाँ, नहीं and आंशिक suggested. When any of the star, rasi, lagna or Manglik lines is filled in, the heading is printed as “धर्म और कुंडली”.
What you type stays as you typed it
Only the paper's own words are translated. A name, a degree or a city typed in English is printed in English beside its Hindi label; one typed in Hindi is printed in Hindi. To type Hindi without a Hindi keyboard, the Transliteration Tool turns Hindi typed in English letters into Devanagari that you can paste in.
Suggestions in Hindi
On a Hindi paper the boxes that suggest answers do so in Hindi: the 27 stars from अश्विनी to रेवती, the twelve rasis from मेष to मीन, and common answers for marital status (अविवाहित, तलाकशुदा), diet (शाकाहारी, मांसाहारी) and religion. They save typing; anything else can be typed.
The Hindi letters are drawn into the PDF as a picture, so the matras and conjuncts look the same on every phone and printer. For the same reason, the text in the PDF cannot be selected or copied.
Photo, design and sending

Can I make a marriage biodata in Hindi?
Yes. This page opens the paper in Hindi: the title, headings, labels and date of birth are printed in Hindi, and what you type is printed as you typed it.
Do I need a Hindi keyboard?
Only for what you want to type in Hindi. The headings and labels are already in Hindi. Answers can be typed in English, or typed in English letters in the ManyHand Transliteration Tool and pasted in as Devanagari.
Can the title be “परिचय पत्र” instead of “बायोडाटा”?
Yes. The Title box suggests बायोडाटा, विवाह बायोडाटा and परिचय पत्र, and takes any title of up to 40 characters.
Where do I write whether the person is Manglik?
Under Religion and community, tap “+ Manglik / Chovva dosham”. On a Hindi paper the label is printed as “मांगलिक”, and the box suggests हाँ, नहीं and आंशिक.
How do I get the same biodata in English?
Tap Copy under Your biodatas and change the language of the copy to English. The labels change; what you typed stays as it is until you retype it.
